Butter Gnocchi With Spicy Chili Crisp Capers and Parmesan

                    Ingredients:


  6 tablespoons salted or unsalted butter

  2 tablespoons chili crisp oil such as lao             gan ma spicy chili crisp

  2 (17.6 oz packages gnocchi

  4 tablespoons capers in brine well drained

  3.4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese or          to taste




                       Directions:


  Step.1

Bring a large pan of water to a boil over low heat, add the gnocchi and cook until they float to the top, about 3 or 4 minutes, drain the gnocchi, reserving a few tablespoons of the cooking water.


  Step.2

Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat and let it sizzle for 2 or 3 minutes, add the capers and chili crisp oil, stirring constantly, until it sizzles, about 35 seconds.


  Step.3

Put the (drained) gnocchi into the (skillet), add 2 tablespoons of (cooking) water, and stir or shake the pan until the (gnocchi) are well coated with the (red oil), and everything is done! Serve immediately with freshly grated (Parmesan cheese), to (taste)
