Simple Macaroni and Cheese

                    Ingredients:


  1.4 cup all purpose flour

  ground black pepper to taste

  1.4 cup butter

  1 (8 ounce box elbow macaroni

  2 cup milk

  1.2 teaspoon salt

  2 cups shredded cheddar cheese





  




                       Directions:


  Step.1

Bring a large (pot) of lightly (salted water) to a boil and cook (elbow macaroni) in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until it (cooked) but (tough) to the bite, about 7 or 8 minutes.


  Step.2

And at the same (time) melt the (butter) in a small pan on (medium flame)


  Step.3

Add (pepper) flour (salt), and mix for at least 4 or 5 minutes until (smooth)


  Step.4

And slowly add the (milk), stirring constantly? And cook and stir (the mixture) until the mixture is (smooth) and boiling, about 4 or 5 minutes, and (be careful) not to burn the milk


  Step.5

And add (cheddar cheese), and stir for about 3 to 4 minutes until (melted)


  Step.6

(Strain) the (macaroni) and mix it into the (cheese sauce) until it is (completely) (coated)
