Tim Perry's Soup Creamy Curry Cauliflower and Broccoli Soup

                    Ingredients:


  1 head cauliflower finely chopped

  1 teaspoon curry powder

  salt and pepper to taste

  1.2 cup milk

  1 quart chicken broth

  1.2 head broccoli finely chopped

  1 tablespoon chicken bouillo granules

  1.4 cup all purpose flour

  1 onion finely chopped

  2 cups shredded cheddar cheese








                      Directions:


  Step.1

In a (stock pot) combine onion, (cauliflower), chicken broth, and (broccoli)? Bring to a boil, then reduce heat? Cook over low heat until vegetables are soft? Add (pepper), chicken broth, (curry powder), and salt and cook.



  Step.2

Mix 1.2 cups of (milk) and (flour) in a bowl? and beat (vigorously) until no (lumps) remain? and pour the mixture into the (soup), and keep stirring continuously until the (soup) (thickens)? and mix in the (cheddar cheese) until it (melts) completely
