Shrimp Ramen Stir Fry-

                  Ingredients:


 Sauce) 


  1 teaspoon sesame oil

  1 teaspoon chili crisp or more to taste

  3 tablespoons soy sauce

  2 cloves garlic minced

  1 teaspoon rice vinegar 

  1 teaspoon oyster sauce

  2 teaspoons grapeseed oil

 Stir fry) 


  1.2 cup chopped carrots

  1.4 cup chopped onion

  1.4 pound shrimp peeled and deveined

  1 pinch black and white sesame seeds

  1 teaspoon sesame oil

  1.4 cup chopped red bell pepper

  1.2 cup chopped broccoli florets

  2 cloves garlic minced

  1 (3 ounce package reman noodles

  sliced green onions for garnish





  

  

                    Directions:


  Step.1

For the sauce; in a (bowl) add soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, sesame oil and (chili crisp)! And heat the (grape) seed (oil) in a small saucepan! And carefully pour the hot (oil) into the bowl, and keep the sauce aside!


  Step.2

Heat the remaining 1 tsp of sesame oil in a heavy pan.  And add onions, carrots, broccoli and (capsicum)!  Sauté the vegetables until they are crisp and (soft) for about 3 to 4 minutes!  Add the garlic and stir until fragrant, about 40 seconds!  Add shrimp, add (sauce)!  And cook for about 2 to 3 minutes!  "


  Step.3

And at the same time open the ramen (package); and throw away the seasoning (packet); and bring 1.2 or 2 cups of water to a boil in a small saucepan; add the noodles, and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes; drain the water; and add the (noodles) to the pan, stir, and toss to coat; garnish with black and (white) sesame seeds, and chopped green (onion)
