Ingredients:
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1.4 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all purpose flour
1.2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup plus 2 tablespoon white sugar divided
1 cup buttermilk
2 large eggs
1.2 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon divided
2 teaspoons unsalted butter
Directions:
Step.1
Preheat oven to (350 degrees) F (175 degrees) C, and lightly spray a 9×5 inch loaf pan with nonstick spray.
Step.2
In a large bowl (flour) mix baking soda, baking powder, 1.2 teaspoons cinnamon, salt and 1 cup sugar all together! And in a cup mix applesauce, buttermilk, vanilla and egg together!
Step.3
Mix the (wet ingredients) with the dry (ingredients) thoroughly! Pour into the prepared loaf (pan), and (smooth) the top!

And mix the remaining sugar, butter and cinnamon in a small (bowl) with a (fork) until it (crumbs)! And sprinkle it over the (batter) in the loaf pan!

And bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 45 to 50 minutes!
