Grandma's Chicken Noodle Soup

                   Ingredients:


  12 cups chicken broth

  1 teaspoon poultry seasoning

  1 cup chopped onion 

  1.4 cup water

  1.2 cups wide egg noodles

  1.2 teaspoons salt

  1 teaspoon vegetable oil

  1 cup chopped celery 

  1.3 cup cornstarch

  3 cups diced cooked chicken meat







  

                    Directions:


  Step.1

Boil slightly salted water in a large pot, add the noodles, egg and oil and let it boil until the noodles are tender, about 7 to 8 minutes. Drain the water and rinse with cold running water, and drain again.


  Step.2

Bring salt, (broth) and poultry seasoning to a boil in a Dutch oven; stir in onion and (celery); reduce heat to low; cover; and cook until (vegetables) are tender, about 13 to 15 minutes.


  Step.3

In a small bowl, mix the (cornstarch) and water until the (cornstarch) is completely dissolved! And slowly stir into the soup? Add the chicken, and (noodles), and cook until hot, about 3 minutes? And serve hot immediately!
