Chicken Enchiladas With Cream Of Chicken Soup

                 Ingredients:


  1 tablespoon margarine

  1 teaspoon chili powder

  1 (4 ounce, can chopped green chile                   peppers drained

  1 (10.5 ounce, can condensed cream of              chicken soup

  8 (8 inch flour tortillas

  1 onion chopped

  1.2 cup sour cream

  2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast

  1 cup shredded cheese cheese




  



    

                    Directions:


  Step.1

First of all, preheat the oven to (350 degrees) F (175 degrees) C!


  Step.2

Combine (soup) and (sour cream) in a small bowl and set aside!


  Step.3

Melt the (margarine) in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat! Add the chili powder and (onion), and sauté until soft! Add the peppers, chicken, and 2 tablespoons (soup) mix! Cook and stir until (hot)


  Step.4

Spread 1.2 cups of soup mixture in a 9×13 inch baking dish. Place about 1.4 cups of chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla. Roll up the tortilla and place it (seam side down) in the baking dish. Top with the remaining soup mixture and sprinkle with cheese.

And bake in a preheated oven for about 22 to 25 minutes, until bubbles form and lightly brown!
