Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic
1.2 butternut squash peeled seeded and cut into 1 inch cubes
1.2 cube chicken bouillon
1 pinch ground allspice
1.2 tablespoons butter
2 sprigs fresh thyme
1.2 onion sliced
4 cups chicken broth
1 pinch ground cumin
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Step.1
Melt the (butter) in a large pot over medium heat? Add the garlic, celery, and onion, and sauté until the (onion) is soft, about 4 to 5 minutes? Add the squash and chicken broth, and bring to a boil, then cook until the squash is tender, about 12 to 15 minutes? Add the broth in chunks to the soup? Add the pepper, cumin, allspice, and (salt), and cook to taste, then remove from heat?

Working on the bench, pour the soup into the blender, filling it no more than halfway? Hold the lid in place with a kitchen towel, and then carefully turn the blender on, and use a few quick pulses to stir the (soup) before pureeing it? Pour the soup into a (serving bowl)? Alternatively, you can use a stick blender, and puree the (soup) in the pot?
