Ingredients:
4 cups half and half divided
1 cup whipping cream
1.2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 pound fresh crabmeat
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
1.4 cup butter
1 (1.25 ounce, envelope hollandaise sauce mix
3 tablespoons seafood seasoning such as old bay,
1.4 teaspoon celery seed
1 tablespoon cooking sherry
Directions:
Step.1
In a medium bowl combine 2 half and half and half of the sauce mixture.
Step.2
Melt the butter in a (medium heavy) saucepan over medium heat? Slowly add the hollandaise mixture, stirring constantly until it thickens? Add the remaining half and half of the whipping cream, seafood seasoning, and celery seeds? Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat.

Add the sherry and (crab meat), and stir gently until (hot)?and serve immediately, hot?
