Bufflalo Chicken Soup

                    Ingredients:


  1 small onion diced

  1.4 cup all purpose flour

  1 cube chicken bouillon

  1.2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  1.4 cup buffalo wing sauce or more to taste

  1.4 cup butter

  3.4 cup half and half cream

  3 stalks celery diced

  3 cups water

  2 cube cubed cooked chicken

  salt and pepper to taste





  



                     Directions:


  Step.1

Melt the (butter) in a (large pot) over medium high heat? Add the (onion), and (celery), and cook until soft, about 4 to 5 minutes? Add the (flour), and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes, and slowly add the (half and half) and (water)?


  Step.2

Add bouillon, and stir until dissolved? Add chicken cheddar cheese, and (buffalo wing sauce)? Add pepper, and (salt)? Reduce heat to (medium), and cook, stirring occasionally, until (cheese) is completely (melted), at least 8 to 10 minutes?
