                  Ingredients:


  2 fresh tomatoes chopped

  1 small jisama peeled and julienned 

  1 red bell pepper chopped

  1.2 tablespoons lemon juice

  1.2 teaspoons water

  1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill

  1 teaspoon  salt

  5 romaine lettuce leaves torn into bite size pieces 

  2 green onion minced

  5 radishes chopped 

  1 cucumber peeled and chopped

  2 tablespoons olive oil

  1 tablespoon pomegranate juice

  1 clove garlic minced

  1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil

  1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Collect all the items!

In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, lettuce, green onion, radishes and jicama!

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, basil, pomegranate juice, lemon juice, water, dill, salt and pepper.
