   1 (9 inch) quiche

                 Ingredients:

seasonning salt or garlic powder to taste

  1 cup diced cooked ham

1.4 cup chopped green onion plus more for garnish

  1 cup heavy cream

4 cups shredded hash brown potatoes slightly thawed

  6 large eggs divided

  6 tablespoons butter divided

1.3 cup finely diced red bell pepper

  1 cup shredded chedder cheese

  salt and pepper to taste

                   Directions:

  Step.1

Preheat the oven to (425 degrees F) (220 degrees C)

  Step.2

Place hash browns in a medium bowl, melt 5 tablespoons butter, pour over hash browns, add seasoning, garlic powder or salt as desired, add 1 egg, mix well, and press mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9 inch spring form pan or pie dish.

  Step.3

Bake in the preheated oven until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy on the edges, about 27 to 30 minutes!

  Step.4

While the crust is cooking, melt the remaining tablespoon of butter in a medium-sized skillet over medium-high heat! Add the green onions, ham, and peppers, and cook, stirring occasionally, until the peppers are slightly softened, about 3 to 4 minutes! Remove from heat!

  Step.5

When the crust is ready, spread the ham mixture on the bottom; and sprinkle the cheese evenly on top! And in a medium bowl, beat the remaining 5 eggs and cream well, add pepper and salt to taste, and mix until well blended! Pour the mixture evenly over the ham and cheese mixture!

  Step.6

Reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake in the preheated oven until the filling puffs up and the edges of the quiche are lightly browned, about 33 to 35 minutes.

  Step.7

  Full enjoy
