                  Ingredients:


  1 tablespoon thinly sliced fresh basil leaves

  3 tablespoons raspberry balsamic vinegar

  1 (4 ounce) ball burrata cheese at room temperature

  2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  flaked sea salt to taste

  1 peach sliced

  1 pinch freshly ground black pepper or to taste



                   Directions:


  Step.1

Tear the burrata cheese gently and take out its (soft creamy) core, and place it in the center of the (plate)! And garnish the (peach) slices inside and around the cheese! And sprinkle basil leaves over the cheese, and drizzle (olive) oil!


  Step.2

Bring the (raspberry balsamic) vinegar to a boil in a small saucepan, reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer until the vinegar becomes a (thick) syrup, about 4 or 5 minutes! Pour the balsamic syrup over the (peaches) and (cheese), season with pepper and sea salt!
