   One Pan Chicken Gnocchi

           Ingredients:

  

    Chicken:

      
        1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

        2 teateaspoons olive oil

        1 teaspoon butter

        2 (8 ounce skinless boneless chicken                  breasts

       Salt and freshly ground black pepper to         taste

    Gnocchi:


        1 pound gnocchi 

        2 teaspoons butter

    Vegetables:


       1.2 cup quartered mashrooms

       1 zucchini sliced into thin ribbons

       2 cloves garlic minced 

       1 yellow squash cut into half moons

       1.4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

       2 cup bite sized broccoli florets

      1.4 cup diced red bell pepper

   Cream sauce:


       1 cup chicken broth

       2 tablespoons all purpose flour

       2 tablespoons minced shallot about 1                shallot 
 
       3.4 cup half and half

       2 teaspoons butter

       1.4 cup heavy cream 

       1 tablespoon lemon juice or more to                  taste




            Directions:


            Step.1

Heat both oil and butter in a large pan on low flame || Cut the chicken breast in half (horizontally) so that it becomes thin breasts || Sprinkle spices over it


            Step.2

Put the chicken in the (pan) || and cook till it turns (golden) brown on both (sides) || (about 4 to 5 
minutes || Take out the chicken in a (plate) || and keep it warm)


            Step.3

In the same pan (melt butter) add gnocchi) 
Add (pepper) and salt || Cook until (gnocchi) turn (golden) || about 5 to 7 minutes Take out (gnocchi) in a bowl)



            Step.4

Add (squash mushrooms) (zucchini broccoli) and bell pepper) garnish with (Italian seasoning)) saute until vegetables are crispy and tender (6 to 7 minutes) (depends on) thickness of vegetables) ? Last (50 seconds) add chopped garlic? Saute quickly until fragrant? And remove (vegetables) to same bowl with (gnocchi)?


            Step.5

Melt 2 spoons (butter) in the same (skaha)? and cook until (the onion softened) and (scented) until it is (scented)? About 3 to 4 minutes? (broth) and chicken half and heavy (cream) add? Add the flour and cook till it becomes thick? Cook for 3 to 4 minutes (approximately) to prevent lumps? And squeeze lemon juice for (tasting)?



            Step.6

Mix (vegetables) and (gnocchi) with (cream sauce) ? and top with cooked (chicken) ?



            Step.7
