                 Ingredients:


  3.4 cup brown sugar

  2 large eggs beaten

  2 cups all purpose flour

  1.2 cup butter 

  1.4 teaspoon salt

  1 teaspoon baking soda

  2.3 cups mashed overripe bananas




                 Directions:


  Step.1

Preheat (oven) to (350 degrees) F (175 degrees) C. Lightly (oil) a (9×5 inch) (loaf) pan.


  Step.2

In a large bowl, combine the (baking soda), salt and flour. In another bowl, beat the (butter) and (brown sugar) with an (electric mixer) until smooth. Mix the (mashed) bananas and (eggs) thoroughly. Stir the banana (mixture) into the flour (mixture) until well combined. And pour the (batter) into the prepared (loaf) pan.


  Step.3

and bake in the preheated (oven) until? 
a (toothpick) inserted in the center comes out clean (about 1 hour)? and let (bread) cool in the (pan) for 8 minutes? then turn out onto (wire wrap) to cool completely?
