   1 large egg 

   2 teaspoons baking powder

   1.3 cup vagetable oil 

   1.3 cup milk or more as needed

   1.2 cups all purpose flour

   1.2 teaspoon salt

   3.4 cup white sugar

   1 cup fresh blueberries

Crumb Topping) 


  1.4 cup butter cubed

  1.2 cup white sugar

  1.3 cup all purpose flour

  1.2 teaspoons ground cinnamon




                  Directions:


   Step.1

First, preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and line 8 muffin cups with paper liners.


   Step.2

To make (muffins) mix together (sugar), (baking powder), flour, and (salt) in a (large bowl)


   Step.3

In a small (liquid measuring) cup, add (oil) ? add (milk and egg) enough to reach the 1 cup mark ? and stir until combined ? and pour in the flour (mixture) and mix until the (batter) is combined ? and add (blueberries) and set the (batter) aside ?


   Step.4

To make the (crumb topping), combine the (butter), (cinnamon), flour, and sugar in a small bowl and mix with a (knife) until it (crumbs) form.


   Step.5

Spoon the (mixture) into the (prepared muffin) cups?and fill them to the top?and sprinkle the (crumb) (topping) on ​​top?


   Step.6

Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of the muffin comes out clean (about 23 to 25 minutes).
