Ingredients:
3 medium bell pepper diced
1.2 pounds cauliflower cut into chunks
2 pound ground beef
1 (16 ounce can tomato sauce
1.4 cups shredded chedder cheese or to
taste
Directions:
Step.1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
Step.2
Put the (cauliflower) in the (bowl) of (food processor),?
and stir? until it becomes like (grains) of (rice),? and do not stir too much,? otherwise it will become (soft),? and put it in a (dry pan)? and cook on (low flame)? and so that (all) the water is drained out.
Step.3
Heat a large (skillet) over low and (high heat)? and cook (ground beef) in the hot (skillet) until (brown) and (crusted)? and stir? (6 to 7) minutes?
Step.4
Add (chopped) (cauliflower), (capsicum)
(tomato sauce) to the meat? and mix well? Pour (the mixture) into the (casserole) dish? and sprinkle (cheddar cheese) on top?

Bake in preheated oven until golden brown and brown for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
