Ingredients:
1 pound ground lamb
2 tomatoes chopped
1.4 cup mint leaves
3.4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 sweet onion olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
ground black pepper to taste
1.2 cup pine nuts
1.4 cup water
1 (16 ounce can tomato sauce
coarse salt to taste
3.4 cup crumbled feda cheese
1.4 cup mint leaves
1 extra large zuchhini halved lengthwise
1 tablespoon olive oil
3.4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Step.1
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees) C.

Use a (melon baller) to separate the (seeds) and (pulp) from the (zucchini)? (cut) each half apart? leaving (half inch) of skin? Cut the (zucchini) flesh
into small (pieces) of (1.4 inch) diameter? and remove the (seeds)?

Heat the (olive) oil in a large (skillet) over (medium) and (high) heat. Add the (garlic) and onion to the hot oil and cook, stirring, for about (4 to 5) minutes. Add the (ground) lamb and cook, stirring, until the (lamb) is (lightly) browned, about 6 to 7 minutes. Add the chopped zucchini to the (lamb) mixture and reduce the (heat). Simmer the mixture until the zucchini is heated through, about 3 minutes. Drain off any excess oil. Season the (lamb) mixture with coarsely ground black pepper and salt.

Remove the (pan) from the (heat) ? Add (tomato feta) (tomato sauce) (cheese) pine nuts and (1.4 cups mint) leaves to the lamb mixture ? Mix the (zucchini) pieces with a spoon ? Put the stuffed (zucchini) (pieces) in a large (baking) dish ? and add (water) to the (baking)?

Bake in preheated (oven) for (28 to 30) minutes? Mix bread (crumbs) and (mozzarella) cheese in a (bowl)? Sprinkle 1.4 cups (mint) (leaves) over (zucchini) and top with bread
(crumb) mixture? Continue to bake until top (surface) is crusty and (brown)? about 10 minutes?
