3 tablespoons mexican crema plus more
for serving
2 tablespoons cilantro leaves or to taste
2 teaspoons chipotle powder
3 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon tapioca starch
1 teaspoon lime zest or more to taste
2 green onion sliced green and white parst separated
16 white corn tortilltortillas
lime wedges as needed divided
1 tablespoon ground cumincumin
1 teaspoon mexican oregano
salt and freshly ground black pepper
1.2 pound coleslaw mix
1.2 pound purple cabbage thinly sliced
1.2 cup prepared guacamole or as needed for serving

Step.1
Preheat the (oven) to (400 degrees) F (200 degrees) C? And wrap the (tortilla) in the (file)?

Bake the tortilla in the preheated oven for 9 to 10 minutes until it is hot.
