                  Ingredients:


  2 tablespoons chopped garlic

  2 cups heavy cream

  salt and pepper to taste

  1.2 cup water divided 

  1 teaspoon garlic powder 

  1 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

  2 tablespoons cornstarch 







                  Directions:


 Step.1

Boil (1.4 cups) water in a pan over (medium flame)


  Step.2

Add (garlic powder) and (garlic) ? Boil until water almost (evaporates) ? and about 4 to 5 minutes ?


  Step.3

Mix (parsley) and (cream)? Add (pepper) and salt? 


 Step.4

Mix the remaining water (1.4 cups) and
(cornstarch) in a (cup)? and add the (cornstarch) mixture to the (sigh)


 Step.5

Cook (stirring constantly) until it thickens (about 3 to 4 minutes)
