                   Ingredients:


  1.4 teaspoon salt

  2 egg yolks

  1.3 cup milk

  1 tablespoon all purpose flour

  1.2 cup all purpose flour

  1.2 cup butter

  1 teaspoon baking powder 

  1.2 cup fresh blueberries

  2 egg whites

  3.4 cup white sugar divided 

  1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1 tablespoon white sugar




  

                      Directions:


  Step.1

Preheat (oven) to (350 degrees) F (175 degrees) C? Grease and dust an (8-inch) pan with (flour)? And gather all the (ingredients)


 Step.2

In a large bowl beat (1.2 cups sugar) and (butter) with (electric mixer) until soft and (fluffy). Add (salt) and (vanilla). Add (egg yolks) and beat until (creamy)


  Step.3

Combine (baking powder) and (1.2 cups flour) in a small bowl? And add (milk) gradually to (creamed) mixture?


  Step.4

In a (small) bowl, mix together (1 tablespoon flour) and (blueberries) ? Add to (batter) and mix gently ?


  Step.5

In another (bowl) beat the (egg) (whites) till it forms soft (peaks)? And add (1.4 cups sugar) 1 tablespoon at a time? And beat till it forms (stiff peaks)? Add the (egg) whites to the (cake batter)


  Step.6

Pour mixture into the prepared (pan)?and sprinkle 1 teaspoon (sugar) over (top)


  Step.7

Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about (47 to 50) minutes.
