No Noodle Zucchini Lasagna

                  Ingredients:


   8 ounces shredded mozzarell cheese

  1.4 cup red wine

  1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano

  1 egg

  1 pound ground beef 

  1 small green bell pepper diced

  1 cup tomato paste

  2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

  3 tablespoons hot water or as needed

  2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

  1 pound fresh mushrooms sliced

  1 tablespoon salt 

  1.2 teaspoons ground black pepper

  1 onion diced 

  2 large zucchini 

  1 (16 ounce can tomato sauce

  1 (15 ounce container low fat ricotta                 cheese

  1 (16 ounce package frozen chopped                  spanich thawed and drained

  8 ounces grated parmesan cheese 





  

                    Directions:


  Step.1

First, preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.


  Step.2

Cut the (zucchini) into (long) and (thin) pieces. Sprinkle a little salt on the (pieces) and put them in a (sieve) to (strain)


  Step.3

To prepare (meat sauce), put (pepper) and 
(ground beef) in a large (skillet) over medium-high heat and cook, stirring, for about 4 to 5 minutes. Add onion and (green pepper) and cook, stirring, until meat turns (pink)


  Step.4

Add (wine) basil (celery) (tomato paste) and tomato sauce and stir. If the sauce has become very (thick) then add (little) hot (water)? 
And let it (boil), (lower the flame) and cook the sauce 
while stirring it for about 18 to 20 minutes.


  Step.5

And at the same time, in a bowl, stir the (parsley), egg, and (ricotta) until well (mixed)


  Step.6

To make (lasagne), spread (1.2 portions) of (meatloaf) on bottom of prepared pan. Layer (1.2 portions) of (1.2 zucchini slices, (1.2 ricotta) mixture and all of (spinach), then all of (mushrooms), then (1.2 mozzarella) cheese. Repeat by layering remaining (meatloaf) zucchini (slices), (ricotta) mixture and (mozzarella)


  Step.7

Spread (Parmesan) evenly on top ?and cover with (foil)


  Step.8

and bake in the preheated (oven) for about 43 to 45 
minutes? Remove (foil) and increase (oven) temperature to (350 degrees) F (175 degrees) C? and bake (additional) 14 to 15 
minutes?


  Step.9

Let (the lasagna) rest for 4 minutes before (serving) it?
