                 Ingredients:


  1 tablespoon water Or as needed optional

  1.2 pounds fresh raspberries

  1.4 cup white sugar

  2 teaspoons lemon juice or more to taste




  

                    Directions:


  Step.1

Mix (lemon juice), (raspberries), (sugar) and water in a pan on medium flame and cook while stirring till (raspberries break down) and (sugar dissolves) and (pan becomes hot) for 4 to 6 minutes.


  Step.2

Filter the saam through a fine (mesh sieve) and remove (seeds)? And let it cool at room (temperature)? Cover with (plastic wrap) and keep in (fridge) for about (40 to 45 minutes)
