                   Ingredients:


  3 cloves garlic minced

  1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

  2 medium cucumbers

  2 tablespoons olive oil

  1.2 medium lemon juice

  1 (16 ounce container plain greek yogurt

  Salt and ground black pepper to taste






                    Directions:


   Step.1

(Peel) the (cucumber) and remove (seeds) with a spoon? (grate) the cucumber on the large holes of a (box grater)? and then (squeeze) out the excess (liquid)


  Step.2

In a (food processor) combine (grated) (pepper) (lemon juice) salt (cucumber) Greek yogurt (olive oil) dill and (garlic) all together? and (blend) until (smooth)


  Step.3

(Serve immediately) OR (depending on taste) keep covered in (fridge) for about (50 to 60) minutes before serving?
