                Ingredients:


     2 large eggs 

     1 garlic clove finely chopped

     Salt and freshly ground black pepper to         taste

    1 tablespoons olive oil

    8 thin stemmed asparagus stalks trimmed

    1 pinch red pepper flakes optional




                  Directions:


          Step.1

Heat a small (skillet) over (light) and (high heat)? add the (olive) oil and (garlic)? and cook, stirring, until the (garlic) (smells)? fragrant? about (28 to 30) minutes?


          Step.2

And add (the asparagus) and cook until it becomes soft? And keep (turning) the (asparagus) often? 
so that it (gets cooked) well? About 4 to 5 minutes?


         Step.3

Spread the (asparagus)? and (break 2 (eggs) on top? and after (breaking) cover with (lid)? and cook until the (white part of the (egg) becomes firm? and the (yolk) is cooked to (desired consistency)? about 4 to 5 minutes?


          Step.4

Garnish with (pepper) and (salt)? And sprinkle (red chilli powder) on top and serve (immediately)?
