                     Ingredients:


  8 ears corn shucked

  1 medium jalapeno pepper diced 

  1.4 cup mayonnaise

  2 tablespoons lime juice

  3 tablespoons chopped cilantro

  2 medium green onions chopped 

  1 clove garlic minced

  1.4 cup sour cream 

  1 tablespoon mexican style hot souce such       as valentina

  1.2 teaspoons ground ancho chile powder

  1.3 cup crumbled cotijo cheese 






  

                     Directions:


  Step.1

Heat an (outdoor girl) to (medium high) heat?and put (a little) (oil) on the grill?


  Step.2

Grill the (corn) for 8 minutes, and (turn) every 2 minutes? And put the (corn) on a cutting board, and let (cool) for 4 or 5 minutes? And (cut) the kernels off the (corn)


  Step.3

Heat a large (skillet) over (medium) and (high heat)? Add (jalapeños) and (onion) cook for 4 or 5 minutes? Add (garlic) and let cook for 1 minute? Reduce heat, and stir in (sour cream), mayonnaise, hot sauce, and (lime juice)? and cook for 3 minutes? Add (corn), stir, and cook until heated through, for 1 minute?


  Step.4

Remove from (heat) and stir in (coriander)? Pour (dip) into (serving dish)? Sprinkle (chili powder) over, and garnish with (cotija) cheese?
