                  Ingredients:


  2 tablespoons fatija seasoning 

  8 slices American cheese divided 

  2 pounds ground beef 

  2 tablespoons dried minced onion

  2 (4 ounce cans chopped green chiles                 drained

  1 (10 fluid ounce bottle steak sauce (e. g. A-      1, divided

  1 (4 ounce can sliced mushrooms drained






                      Directions:


  Step.1

In a medium (bowl) combine (1.4 cups steak seasoning), dried onion (ground beef) and fajita seasoning, mix well? Form mixture into (8 patties) and set (4 patties) aside? 
Place a (slice) of cheese on the remaining (4 patties), add some green peppers and (mushrooms), and place on top of the remaining 4 
patties, pressing down and sealing (edges)? and so that the (delicious) cheese doesn't spill out?


  Step.2

Preheat an (outdoor grill) for low heat, and add (light) to (oil grade)


  Step.3

Place the (patties) on the grill, and let them (brown) on both sides? And when they (begin to brown), brush (steak seasoning) over the top? Continue to (grill) for about 28 to 30 minutes, brushing (steak seasoning) frequently! And until the (meat) is (pink) in color, and the juices (run clear)? And when the (meat is ready to come off the grill), top the (patties) with the remaining slices of (cheese)! Serve on (buns) or (alone)
