                 Ingredients:


  5 ripe tomatoes

  1.2 teaspoon ground cumin

  1 poblano pepper

  1 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  1 teaspoon chili powder

  3 cloves garlic peeled

  2 tablespoons lime juice





                     Directions:


  Step.1

First, preheat the (broiler) of the (oven)


  Step.2

Place the poblano peppers and garlic cloves on a medium-sized baking tray and roast, turning the peppers frequently, until heated through and browned, about 13 or 15 minutes.

In (food processor) add (roasted) chillies roasted (garlic) cumin (coriander) tomatoes (lemon) juice and chili powder? Using (pulse setting) (process) until uniform (gets chunky texture)? Let it (cool) before serving?
