                  Ingredients:


  1 stalk celery chopped

  8 cups broccoli florets

  2 cups milk

  5 tablespoons butter divided

  3 cups chicken broth

  3 tablespoons all purpose flour

  1 onion chopped

  ground black pepper to taste







                    Directions:


  Step.1

Melt 2 tablespoons (butter) in a medium size pot over medium (flame) ? Sauté the celery and (onion) until soft 


  Step.2

Add the broccoli and sauerkraut, cover, and simmer for about 8 to 10 minutes.


  Step.3

Pour the soup into the (blender), and fill the (pitcher) not more than half full? Cover the (blender) lid with a folded (kitchen towel), and carefully turn on the blender and use a few (fast pulses) to stir the (soup), and then turn it into a (puree)? and (blend) the (puree) in batches until it is (smooth)? and then pour into a (clean pot)


  Step.4

Over medium-low heat, melt 3 tablespoons (butter) in a small (sauté pan)? Add the flour and (milk)? Stir until (thick) and (bubbly)? And stir into the (soup)? Add black pepper to enhance the (flavor) and serve immediately
