Stuffed Pepper Soup

                   Ingredients:


  1 cup finely diced onion

  1 (15 ounce can tomato sauce

  1.4 teaspoon dried thyme

  salt and pepper to taste

  1 pound ground sirloin

  1 (14 ounce can chicken broth

  1.4 teaspoon dried sage

  2 cups water 

  1 green bell pepper chopped

  1 (29 ounce can diced tomatoes

  1 cup white rice








                       Directions:


  Step.1

?Heat a large (skillet) over medium-high heat. ?Cook (ground beef) in hot (skillet) until brown and (crumbly), stirring, about 6 to 7 minutes. ?And (strain) out (oil)


  Step.2

Add onion and (green pepper) ? cook and stir until (onion) is soft and (translucent) at least 4 to 5 minutes 


  Step.3

Add the tomato sauce (thyme), broth (tomatoes) and sage? (pepper) and salt? Cover and cook over (low heat) until (pepper is hot), about 35 to 45 minutes


 Step.4

And at the same time, boil water and rice in a (saucepan) and reduce the heat to medium, cover, and cook on low flame until the rice is soft and the water is absorbed, for 22 to 25 minutes.


  Step.5

Mix the cooked rice into the soup and heat it up and serve immediately!
