                   Ingredients) 


  1 teaspoon paprika

  1.4 teaspoon seasoned salt or to taste

  1 small red potato diced

  1 cup broccoli florets chopped

  3 tablespoons olive oil

  4 tablespoons butter melted 

  1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese               divided

  1 tablespoon dried oregano 

  1.2 teaspoon garlic powder

  1.4 teaspoon ground black pepper or to                taste

  1 tablespoon dried parsley

  1.2 pound fresh green beans trimmed

  1 sweet bell pepper chopped 

  1 tablespoon minced garlic

  1.3 cup all purpose flour

  1 cup panko bread crumbs 

  1.2 pounds skinless boneless chicken                    breasts pounded flat and excess fat                removed

 Dipping Sauce Optional) 


  1.4 cup ketchup optional:

  1.2 cup mayonnaise optional:

  1.4 tsp worcestershire sauce optional:


 




                          Directions


  Step.1

First, preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.


  Step.2

And in a (small) (bowl) mix garlic powder (pepper), salt (celery) (parsley) and (paprika) all together


  Step.3

Place (green beans) garlic potatoes broccoli and (bell peppers) on prepared sheet pan? and drizzle with olive oil) 1.2 Sprinkle with seasoning (mix) and (toss) to coat


  Step.4

In one bowl add (flour) and in another bowl add (melted) (butter)? And in the third bowl add 2.3 cups (parmesan cheese) and remaining (spice)


  Step.5

Cut chicken into 1 or 1.4 inch (pieces) then coat in flour? and (melted) butter( roll the dough (strips), dripping excess (butter) back into (bowl)? press in Parmesan (pasco mixture) until both sides are well (coated)


  Step.6

Place (vegetables) on one half of the (sheet pan)? and (coated chicken) (strips) on the other side? and sprinkle remaining (parmesan) panko mixture over chicken? Press to (stick) it.


  Step.7

Bake in the preheated (oven) for about 8 or 10 minutes? and turn the (chicken strips) and vegetables until (crisp soft) and done, about 13 to 15 minutes more? an (instant read thermometer) inserted into the center of the (chicken) should read at least (165 degrees) F (74 degrees) C


  Step.8

And make the (dipping sauce) at the same (time)? And in a small bowl mix together the (garlic powder) mayonnaise ketchup and (Worcestershire sauce)


  Step.9

Remove chicken and (vegetables) from (oven)? and mix (vegetables) with remaining 1.3 cups (Parmesan cheese), and serve with dipping (snacks)
