                  Ingredients:


  2 tablespoons soy sauce

  2 teaspoons sesame oil

  4 garlic cloves finely minced

  2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

  1.2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes or          to taste

  1 tablespoon sliced green onions

  2 (8 ounce blocks frozen udon noodles             such as sanuki

  1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds





  

                     Directions:


  Step.1

Prepare the soy sauce by mixing sesame oil, garlic (hoisin), red pepper flakes in a small bowl and keep it aside.


  Step.2

 And bring (water) to a boil in a large (pot), and add (udon blocks)? and let them sit in the water until they (begin to melt) for about 2 minutes? (noodles) should be still a little (chewable)? (strain) the (noodles) and put them back in the pot


  Step.3

Add the (seasoning) and stir until it is well (coated) over the (noodles)? Put in a (serving dish), garnish with chopped (spring onion) and (sesame seeds), and serve immediately
