                   Ingredients:


  1 tablespoon cantanzaro herbs such as             savory spice shop cantanzaro herbs

  1 teaspoon salt or to taste

  16 ounces italian style meatballs

  16 ounces ring shaped pasta anelli siciliani

  2 teaspoons white sugar

  1.2 cup freshly shaved parmesan cheese

  30 ounces tomato sauce

  1.2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  Fresh basil for garnish





  


                      Directions:


  Step.1

Fill a large (pot) with (slightly) salted water and bring it to a boil? Add the (pasta) and bring it to a boil again? Remove the (lid) and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 6 to 8 minutes, until it becomes (soft) and (hard)? Reserve 1.2 cups of (water), (strain the pasta) and keep it aside


  Step.2

Put (pepper) catanzaro (herbs) tomatoes, salt and (sugar) in (vessel) and boil on (medium flame)


  Step.3

And at the same time cut each (meatball) into 4 pieces? Roll each piece into (mini meatballs)? Add the (meatballs) to the sauce, and simmer until heated through, about 8 to 10 minutes? And if the sauce seems too (thick), add (pasta water) to make it (thin), 1 tablespoon at a time


  Step.4

And add the cooked (pasta rings)? Garnish with (basil) leaves and (Parmesan shavings), and serve (immediately)
