                   Ingredients:


  1 egg beaten

  1.2 (1 ounce package dry onion soup mix

  1 pound ground sirloin

  2 tablespoons milk

  1.2 cup panko bread crumbs

  1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

  1.4 teaspoon ground black pepper

 Gravy) 


  2 cups fresh mushrooms sliced 

  3 tablespoons all purpose flour

  1.2 cups beef stock

  3 tablespoons butter

  1 cuo water

  1 sweet onion sliced


  1.2 (1 ounce package dry onion soup mix 


  Salt and ground black pepper to taste






                    Directions:


  Step.1

Make the first (patties)? In a large (bowl) combine the ground (sirloin) PCO (bread crumbs) egg 1.2 packets (onion soup) mix, and (Worcestershire sauce) and (pepper) all together? and shape into 5 packets!


  Step.2

Heat a (skillet) over (medium heat) 
Cook (patties) in hot (skillet) until browned, about 3 to 4 minutes on each side.


  Step.3

Make the (gravy), melt the (butter) in a pan on medium flame? and sauté the onion and (mushrooms) in the (melted) (butter) for 4 to 5 minutes until soft? Add (flour) and remaining 1.2 packets of (onion soup) mixture to the mushroom (mixture)


  Step.4

and slowly add (beef stock) and water, stirring constantly until it comes to a boil? and reduce heat to (medium)? cook, stirring constantly, until (gravy) (thickens), about 5 minutes, add (pepper) and salt


  Step.5

Add plain (brown) patties to the (gravy) and simmer for at least 26 to 30 minutes until very tender? An (instant-read) (thermometer) inserted into the (center) will read (160 degrees) F (70 degrees) C
