Sweet and Spicy Gochujang Chicken

                   Ingredients:


  4 tablespoons sodium reduced soy sauce

  2 tablespoons honey

  1 teaspoon sesame oil or more to taste

  1 tablespoon canola oil

  1.2 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

  1.3 cup gochujang korean hot pepper paste

  2 tablespoons sweet rice wine mirin

  2 cloves garlic grated

  2 pounds skinless boneless chicken thighs       cut into bite size pieces 

  3 tablespoons thinly bias sliced green                onions

  1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger

  6 cups cooked rice








                       Directions:


  Step.1

In a small bowl, mix together (soy sauce), garlic (gochujang), sesame oil, (ginger), honey, and (sweet rice wine)


  Step.2

Heat the (oil) in a wok or large skillet over medium (flame)? Add half of the (chicken) to the wok, and cook over medium heat, stirring often, until (chicken is no longer pink), about 4 or 5 minutes


  Step.3

And remove the (chicken) from the (pan)? And repeat the same with the remaining chicken? And put all the cooked (chicken) (pieces) (back) into the pan


  Step.4

Stir the (samsa) well? and pour it into the (pan), and cook, stirring, until the (samsa thickens) and (bubbles) begin to form, about 2 or 3 minutes


  Step.5

Sprinkle (green onion) and (sesame seeds) on top and serve (hot) with rice.
