4 tablespoons sodium reduced soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon sesame oil or more to taste
1 tablespoon canola oil
1.2 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
1.3 cup gochujang korean hot pepper paste
2 tablespoons sweet rice wine mirin
2 cloves garlic grated
2 pounds skinless boneless chicken thighs cut into bite size pieces
3 tablespoons thinly bias sliced green onions
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
6 cups cooked rice
Directions:

In a small bowl, mix together (soy sauce), garlic (gochujang), sesame oil, (ginger), honey, and (sweet rice wine)

Heat the (oil) in a wok or large skillet over medium (flame)? Add half of the (chicken) to the wok, and cook over medium heat, stirring often, until (chicken is no longer pink), about 4 or 5 minutes
