Radish Top Soup

                   Ingredients:


  2 medium potatoes sliced

  4 cups chicken broth

  2 tablespoons butter

  1.3 cup heavy cream

  4 cups raw radish greens

  1 large onino diced

  5 radishes sliced








                   Directions:


  Step.1

Melt the butter in a large sauce pan over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until soft. Add the potatoes and radish leaves, wrapped in butter. Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 27 to 30 minutes.


  Step.2

Allow the soup mixture to cool a little and then put it in the blender and blend until smooth.


  Step.3

Pour the soup back into the (saucepan), stir in (heavy cream) until hot? And serve with (radish) slices?
