                  Ingredients:


  3 onions chopped

  1 large head cabbage chopped

  2 quarts tomato juice

  1 (14 ounce can beef broth

  10 stalks celery chopped

  2 green bell pepper diced

  5 carrots chopped

  1 (15 ounce can cut green beans drained

  cold water to cover

  2 (16 ounce cans whole peeled tomatoes           with liquid

  1 (1 ounce envolope dry onion soup mix

  






                    Directions:


  Step.1

Place onions, green beans, carrots, cabbage, celery, and bell peppers in a soup pot?


  Step.2

Add the tomatoes, beef broth, tomato juice and enough water to cover the (vegetables)! Add the (soup) mixture and mix well?


  Step.3

Bring to a boil over medium (flame), reduce the heat to low, and cook until (the vegetables) are tender, about 23 to 25 minutes? Serve hot immediately?
