Ingredients:
2 onions chopped
2 stalks celery chopped
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 pound skinless boneless chicken breast
halves cut into chunks
1 (48 fluid ounce can chicken broth
2 cups chopped carrot
1 (10 ounce, package frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
1 pound ground beef
3 ounces dry pasta
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Step.1
Combine carrots, spinach, chicken broth, celery, and onion in a large pot over medium heat. Mix well and let cook over low heat.
Step.2
And put the ground beef, egg and bread crumbs in another bowl and mix well. Make 1.2 inch diameter meatballs from the mixture and carefully add them to the soup.
Step.3
Add the (chicken breast) pieces to the soup, reduce the heat? and let the soup simmer for 55 to 60 minutes? and add the (pasta) 28 to 30 minutes before serving; and add pepper and (salt) to taste?
