Ingredients:
3 carrots peeled and shredded
1.2 medium head cabbage cored and shredded
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 (6 ounce can tomato pasta
3 cloves garlic minced
salt and pepper to taste
1 (16 ounce package pork sausage
3 medium baking potatoes peeled and cubed
3 medium beets peeled and shredded
1 cup diced tomatoes drained
1 memediu onion chopped
4.5 cups water divided or as needed
1.2 cup sour cream for topping
1 teaspoon white sugar or to taste
freshly chopped dill or parsley for garnish
Directions:
Step.1
Break the (sausage) into pieces and put it in a (pan) on medium high flame? Cook and stir till it turns (pink) and remove from heat and keep it on one side?

Fill a large pot halfway with water (about 7 to 8 cups) and bring to a boil.

Put the (sausage) in the sauce pan, cover the pan, and bring to a boil? Add the (beets), and cook over low heat for about 8 to 10 minutes? Add the potatoes, and (carrots), and continue cooking until the (potatoes) are tender, about 8 to 10 minutes? Add the tomatoes, and (cauliflower)

Heat (oil) in a (pan) on medium flame? Add onion and cook until soft? Add tomato paste, and (3.4 cups) remaining (water), mix well, and pour it into (pot)

Put (garlic) in the soup, cover it and turn off the heat? And let it (stand) for about 4 to 5 minutes? Add pepper, (sugar) and salt and mix.

Ladle and serving bowl, garnish with ?and (sour cream), and serve immediately?
