                 Ingredients:


  1 pound carrots

  1.2 cup minced onion

  2 cloves garlic minced

  1 cup heavy cream

  1 tablespoon dijon mustard

  3 tablespoons unsalted butter

  1.4 pound sliced ham cut into thin strips

  1.2 cup dry white wine

  1 cup frozen peas thawed 
  
  salt and pepper to taste




                   Directions:


  Step.1

Cut the carrots into fettuccini-like pieces using a vegetable peeler.


  Step.2

Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat, and when the foaming subsides, add the ham and onion, cooking, stirring, for about 3 to 4 minutes!


  Step.3

Add garlic, wine, carrot pieces to the onion mixture in the pan! Reduce the flame and cover it! Cook for about 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally!


  Step.4

Add peas and (cream) to the pan! And bring the mixture to a boil! Reduce the heat and cover, and cook for about 4 or 5 minutes! Add pepper and (salt) and stir!
